How OrbisCure works

We always start with a non-binding introductory meeting.
Here, one of our business psychologists will uncover your needs and situation,
so you get a solution tailored specifically to your company.

Analysis and report

Uncover the stress level in your organisation using a simple analysis.

You will receive a clear overview of the main causes, insight into any risks for sick leave, and specific recommendations from a business psychologist for immediate action.

Workshop for employees

We tailor our employee workshops to your specific situation. For example, we can help you address challenges such as organizational change, layoffs, conflicts, or the desire to strengthen psychological safety in the workplace.

Our workshops are research-based and include practical tools for both employees and leaders. Before the workshop, we hold a preliminary meeting with a business psychologist from OrbisCure to ensure the content is customized to your current needs.

This approach enables employees and management to spot and manage stress early, preventing it from escalating into costly issues.

Workshop for leaders

We at OrbisCure offer leader workshops that are research-based and tailored to your specific needs. We facilitate these workshops with business psychologists who specialize in leadership.

Our focus is on providing leaders with concrete tools and actionable strategies that they can immediately apply in their daily work to effectively identify and manage stress within their teams. Before each workshop, we hold an initial meeting with a psychologist to customize the content based on your organization's current situation.

Our workshops support psychological safety, enhance leader competencies in stress management, and help reduce costs related to absenteeism and turnover caused by stress.

Intervention for employees at risk

If you have employees at risk of stress, we at OrbisCure can offer a targeted intervention program.

Our program is based on a method recognized by Harvard and Stanford.

Frequently asked questions

Does talking about stress make you stressed?
+

One might think so. But our data shows the opposite: When an employee speaks openly with their manager about the cause of stress, the manager gets the opportunity to act. This requires psychological safety and a shared understanding of what stress is – and at OrbisCure, we have good experience with a scientific approach.

What is the difference between measuring stress and measuring well-being/APV?
+

Well-being surveys and workplace assessments (APVs) focus on conditions at the workplace. OrbisCure’s stress measurement goes a step further and shows how much stress hormone an employee actually has in their body. Since stress often originates from private life, a well-being survey can have blind spots: An employee can very well thrive at work and have a good manager — yet still have a body full of stress hormones if, for example, they are going through a divorce, have a child with anxiety, or a parent with dementia. If you only measure well-being, you risk blind spots, false security, and discovering problems too late — which makes it difficult to prevent sick leave in time.

Is it GDPR compliant?
+

OrbisCure is subject to the Personal Data Act, and all GDPR has been created in close collaboration with a professional law firm. At the same time, we have another security layer, which means that all data is useless if it is attempted to be stolen. We really mean it when we say we take security seriously.

Do you follow any guidelines?
+

Yes. OrbisCure follows the guidelines of the Danish Health Authority and scientifically recognized treatment concepts. Our approach is based on evolutionary psychology as well as the principles of cognitive behavioral therapy and its further development. All content and tools are evidence-based and developed in collaboration with leading doctors and psychologists.
