OrbisCure ApS tilbyder stressrådgivning til medarbejdere gennem videoer, blogindlæg og stressmålinger. OrbisCure rådgivning vil i det følgende blive nævnt som ”Tjenesten”. Du kan læse mere om OrbisCures Tjenester på hjemmesiden www.orbiscure.dk.
Når du anvender OrbisCures Tjeneste, indsamler OrbisCure oplysninger om dig som person. I denne persondatapolitik (herefter benævnt ”Persondatapolitikken”) for brug af Tjenesten kan du læse om de oplysninger, vi indsamler, hvilke rettigheder du har, hvordan vi behandler oplysningerne, og hvordan du kan kontakte os, hvis du har spørgsmål til vores persondatabehandling.
Alle persondata, der behandles af OrbisCure, er beskyttet af Databeskyttelsesforordningen (Europa-Parlamentets og Rådets forordning 2016/679 af 27. april 2016 om beskyttelse af fysiske personer i forbindelse med behandling af personoplysninger og om fri udveksling af sådanne oplysninger) og den tilhørende danske Databeskyttelseslov (Lov om supplerende bestemmelser til forordning om beskyttelse af fysiske personer i forbindelse med behandling af personoplysninger og om fri udveksling af sådanne oplysninger).
3. Dataansvarlig
OrbisCure ApS er dataansvarlig for de data, som indsamles via Tjenesten.
Hvis du har spørgsmål til, hvilke oplysninger OrbisCure har indsamlet, registreret og løbende behandler om dig, eller du ønsker at udøve dine rettigheder, kan du kontakte os ved brug af nedenstående oplysninger:

4. Formål og retsgrundlag for behandling af persondata
OrbisCure indsamler kun de persondata, som er nødvendige for, at OrbisCure kan levere den bedst mulige tjeneste til dig, og vi anvender kun dine persondata til de formål, der er beskrevet i denne Persondatapolitik.
Som udgangspunkt kan du tilgå vores hjemmeside uden at fortælle os, hvem du er eller give personlige oplysninger om dig selv. Vi registrerer dog din IP-adresse til brug for målrettet markedsføring og produktudvikling baseret på geolokalisering, når du besøger vores hjemmeside. Dette sker med hjemmel i Databeskyttelsesforordningens art. 6, stk. 1, litra f.
4.1. OrbisCure-profil
Når du opretter en profil hos OrbisCure, skal du indtaste dit fornavn, din e-mailadresse, mobiltelefonnummer samt en adgangskode.
OrbisCure behandler disse personoplysninger om dig for at kunne identificere dig som bruger, herunder for at kunne kontakte dig. OrbisCures behandling af disse oplysninger er nødvendige for, at OrbisCure kan levere sin tjeneste til dig. Denne behandling er nødvendig for, at OrbisCure kan opfylde sin aftale med dig. Behandlingsgrundlaget er Databeskyttelsesforordningens art. 6, stk. 1, lit. b.
4.2. Nyhedsbreve
Med henblik på at kunne sende dig nyhedsbreve anvender vi din e-mailadresse og dit navn. Hjemlen hertil er Databeskyttelsesforordningens art. 6, stk. 1, lit. a.
4.3. Blogindlæg, artikler, dagbøger og lignende
Med henblik på at kunne sende dig blogindlæg, artikler, dagbøger og lignende skrevet af os og andre pårørende, anvender vi dit fornavn og din e-mailadresse.
Denne behandling er nødvendig for, at OrbisCure kan opfylde sin aftale med dig. Behandlingsgrundlaget er Databeskyttelsesforordningens art. 6, stk. 1, lit. b.
4.4. Spørgeskemaer
Med dit samtykke benytter OrbisCure din e-mailadresse til at sende spørgeskemaer til dig.
Vi indsamler endvidere de svar, som du oplyser overfor OrbisCure i forbindelse med din besvarelse af spørgeskemaer.
Vi benytter dine svar på vores spørgeskema med henblik på at kunne forbedre og udvikle vores Tjeneste. Behandling af ovennævnte persondata sker i medfør af Databeskyttelsesforordningens art. 6, stk. 1, litra a.
De personoplysninger som du giver os i forbindelse med din udfyldelse af de spørgeskemaer, som vi slår op via Facebook, behandler vi i overensstemmelse med ovenstående.
4.5. Videolektioner
Til brug for at kunne sende dig video lektioner indsamler vi din e-mailadresse og dit navn. Denne behandling er nødvendig for, at OrbisCure kan opfylde sin aftale med dig. Behandlingsgrundlaget er Databeskyttelsesforordningens art. 6, stk. 1, lit. b.
4.6. Samtaler med psykolog
4.6.1 Booking af psykologsamtaler
OrbisCure's app er designet til at gøre det nemt for vores kunders medarbejdere at booke online samtaler med en psykolog.
Når medarbejderen booker psykologsamtaler gennem appen, modtager vores psykolog en kalenderinvitation, der indeholder den e-mail, som medarbejderen har indtastet under booking af samtalen. Psykologen opretter derefter et møde via Teams og sender link til mødet til medarbejderen.
I den forbindelse behandler vi personoplysninger i form af e-mailadresse for at kunne administrere og tilbyde denne service.
I nogle tilfælde anvender OrbisCure psykologer, der er en del af OrbisCures samarbejdsnetværk, og som opererer som selvstændige dataansvarlige. I sådanne tilfælde vil personoplysninger, herunder medarbejderens e-mailadresse, blive videregivet til den pågældende psykolog for at kunne administrere og tilbyde psykologsamtaler. Videregivelsen af data sker i overensstemmelse med Artikel 6, stk. 1, lit b i Databeskyttelsesforordningen

4.6.2 Journalisering af noter fra samtalen
Undermedarbejderens samtale med psykologen tager psykologen noter og fører journal.
Journaliseringen har til formål at støtte psykologens egen hukommelse og forståelse af problemstillingen i sagen.
Derudover er der ifølge psykologloven og journalføringsbekendtgørelsen en forpligtelse til at føre journal, når vi udfører sundhedsfaglige opgaver.
I den forbindelse behandler vi almindelige og fortrolige personoplysninger om medarbejderen i form af navn, alder, køn, arbejdsstilling, familiestatus, civilstatus, arbejdsmæssige og personlige årsager til medarbejderens høje stressniveau. Behandlingsgrundlaget er Databeskyttelsesforordningens art. 6, stk. 1, lit. b.
Derudover behandler vi følsomme oplysninger om medarbejderens helbred, f.eks. at medarbejderener syg med stress og/eller angst, med det formål at føre journal/referat for at kunne dokumentere rådgivningen og samtalen med medarbejderen eller med henblik på opfyldelse af en retlig forpligtelse til at føre journal, jf. psykologloven.
Hvis du booker en autoriseret psykolog, er vores behandlingsgrundlag Databeskyttelsesforordningens art. 9, stk. 2, lit. b, idet behandlingen er nødvendig for, at vi kan overholde vores forpligtelser i psykologloven til at føre journal.
Hvis du booker en ikke autoriseret psykolog, behandler vi dine følsomme personoplysninger på baggrund af dit samtykke, jf. Databeskyttelsesforordningens art. 9,stk. 2, lit. a.
4.6.3 Beskyttelse af samtaleindhold
Indholdet af de enkelte samtaler, herunder hvad der diskuteres mellem medarbejderen og psykologen, er strengt fortroligt. Dette indhold kan udelukkende tilgås af den enkelte psykolog, medarbejderen har talt med, og vil under ingen omstændigheder blive delt medarbejderens arbejdsgiver eller andretredjeparter.
4.6.4 Antal bookede samtaler
Når en medarbejder booker en online samtale, indsamler og gemmer vi oplysninger om antallet af bookede samtaler. Denne information videregives til medarbejderens arbejdsgiver. Det er vigtigt at bemærke, at vi udelukkende registrerer antallet af bookinger. Det betyder, at hverken OrbisCure eller arbejdsgiveren får indsigt i, hvem præcist der har booket en samtale, kun det samlede antal medarbejdere, der har benyttet tjenesten.
4.6.5 Lokal opbevaring og kryptering
Bemærkninger eller noter fra samtalerne gemmes lokalt på psykologens computer. For at sikre den højeste grad af fortrolighed og datasikkerhed benyttes et program, der anvender end-to-end kryptering. Detteprogram sikrer, at dataene er krypteret ved brug af AES (Advanced EncryptionStandard) med Galois/Counter Mode. Dette sikrer, at kun psykologen har adgang til de krypterede noter, og de er beskyttet mod uautoriseret adgang.
4.7. Kommunikation
Hvis du vælger at kontakte os via e-mail, indsamler vi dit navn, adresse, telefonnummer, e-mailadresse samt øvrige personoplysninger, som du oplyser i din e-mail til os. Vi opfordrer dog til, at du ikke afgiver følsomme persondata i e-mailen, men i stedet kontakter os på anden måde, eksempelvis via telefon eller personlig fremmøde, hvis det drejer sig om følsomme oplysninger og akut assistance. Indsamling af disse personoplysninger sker for at kunne yde dig den bedste og mest hensigtsmæssige hjælp, rådgivning og støtte i din sag. Derudover er formålet med indsamlingen af personoplysningerne at kunne foretage analyser til forbedring af vores rådgivning og udarbejde statistik for OrbisCures arbejde. Behandlingsgrundlaget er Databeskyttelsesforordningens art. 6, stk. 1, lit. b.
4.8. Tekniske oplysninger
Ved brug af OrbisCures Tjeneste registrerer OrbisCureendvidere en række tekniske oplysninger i forbindelse med, at du tilgår Tjenesten. Dette er bl.a. oplysning om, hvilken internetbrowser du anvender, hvilken IP-adresse du har, din skærmstørrelse og hardwaretype og device information. Denne information kan knyttes til din OrbisCure-profil. Oplysningerne giver OrbisCure blandt andet mulighed for at optimere visningen af OrbisCures Tjeneste til den enhed, som du bruger samt til at spore eventuelt misbrug. Indsamling af disse persondata er nødvendige for, at du kan bruge OrbisCures Tjeneste og sker i medfør af Databeskyttelsesforordningens art. 6, stk. 1, litra b.
4.9. Øvrige oplysninger
OrbisCure registrerer også, om du har accepteret vores Betingelser, ligesom vi i visse tilfælde registrerer din adfærd på Tjenesten, og hvordan du gør brug af denne. OrbisCure benytter bl.a. såkaldte cookies til at indsamle disse data. Indsamling af disse persondata sker med henblik på at kunne gennemføre en god og hensigtsmæssig håndtering af din tilknytning til og brug af OrbisCures Tjeneste samt til målretning af markedsføringsmateriale, herunder med henblik på at kunne sammensætte og sende tilbudspakker tilpasset dig og dine interesser, til levering af dine ønskede services/produkter. Dette sker med grundlag i Databeskyttelsesforordningens art. 6, stk. 1, litra b. For så vidt angår indsamling af persondata til målrettet markedsføring sker dette med hjemmel i Databeskyttelsesforordningens art. 6, stk. 1, litra a.
De oplysninger, som registreres af OrbisCure om dig, kan ikke ses af andre end udvalgte OrbisCure ansatte.
5. Brug af databehandlere
OrbisCure anvender eksterne virksomheder til at foretage den tekniske drift af Hjemmesiden og anden assistance i forbindelse hermed, fx bistår vores leverandører os i forbindelse med behandling af spørgeskemaer samt udførelse af statistiske, markedsføringsrelaterede eller driftsmæssige opgaver, herunder med henblik på at måle og analysere vores brugeres sammensætning og andre forhold. Disse virksomheder er under vores instruks og behandler data for hvilke, vi er dataansvarlige. Databehandlerne må ikke anvende dataene til andet formål end opfyldelse af aftalen med os.
Nogle af disse databehandlere kan befinde sig i andre lande, herunder USA, hvor myndighederne og domstolene ifølge den lokale lovgivning under visse omstændigheder kan få adgang til oplysningerne. Vi overlader dog kun dine personoplysninger til tredjemænd, hvis modtageren har truffet passende tekniske og organisatoriske sikkerhedsforanstaltninger mod, at personoplysninger hændeligt eller ulovligt tilintetgøres, fortabes eller forringes samt mod, at de kommer til uvedkommendes kendskab, misbruges, eller hvis du har givet dit forudgående samtykke til overførslen af dine personoplysninger. Overførelse af persondata til USA sker alene via databehandlere, som er certificeret under EU-U.S Data Privacy Framework.
6. Videregivelse af persondata
OrbisCure videregiver ikke persondata ud over i det omfang, det er beskrevet i denne Persondatapolitik.
7. Dine rettigheder
Som registreret bruger af OrbisCure har du en række rettigheder i henhold til den gældende persondatalovgivning, jf. pkt. 2 ovenfor. OrbisCure har nedenfor beskrevet dine rettigheder i de tilfælde, hvor OrbisCure behandler persondata om dig.
Du kan sende en anmodning om udnyttelse af en af dine rettigheder ved brug af kontaktoplysningerne, som fremgår af pkt. 2 I forbindelse med fremsendelse af din anmodning, skal du oplyse dit fulde navn samt din e-mailadresse.
Når OrbisCure har modtaget din anmodning, undersøger OrbisCure, om OrbisCure kan identificere dig som bruger, og om det er dig, der har rettet henvendelse, samt om betingelserne for rettigheden er opfyldt. I bekræftende fald sørger OrbisCure for, at rettigheden bliver opfyldt.
Som udgangspunkt kan du til enhver tid gratis benytte dig af dine rettigheder. Såfremt du beder om ekstra kopier af oplysninger, kan OrbisCure dog opkræve et gebyr herfor. Ved anmodninger, som er åbenbart grundløse eller overdrevne, kan vi også enten opkræve et gebyr for at give oplysninger eller afvise at efterkomme anmodningen. Udøvelsen af dine rettigheder må heller ikke krænke andres rettigheder og frihedsrettigheder, og OrbisCure kan derfor nægte at opfylde dine rettigheder helt eller delvist, hvis der vil være tale herom.
Indsigt og berigtigelse i forhold til persondata
Som registreret bruger hos OrbisCure har du altid ret til indsigt i, hvilke persondata der er registreret om dig. Du kan ved at rette skriftlig henvendelse til OrbisCure få oplyst, hvilke persondata OrbisCure som dataansvarlig behandler om dig, hvilket formål behandlingen har, og hvem der modtager dataene samt en række andre oplysninger.
Såfremt du opdager, at de persondata, du selv har indtastet i din OrbisCure-profil, er fejlbehæftede eller vildledende, skal du rette henvendelse til OrbisCure om dette, hvorefter OrbisCure foretager rettelse af disse data.
Ret til sletning
Du har ret til at få dine persondata slettet af os uden unødig forsinkelse, hvis OrbisCure ikke længere har et formål med behandling af dine persondata, eller du gør indsigelse mod den behandling af dine persondata, som sker med henblik på direkte markedsføring eller som sker i medfør af Databeskyttelseslovens art. 6, stk. 1, litra f. Hvis OrbisCure kan påvise vægtige legitime grunde til fortsat behandling, der går forud for dine interesser, rettigheder og friheder, eller behandlingen er nødvendig for, at et retskrav kan fastlægges, gøres gældende eller forsvares, er OrbisCure ikke forpligtet til at slette dine persondata.
Ret til begrænsning af behandling
Du har ret til at opnå begrænsning af OrbisCures behandling af dine persondata, fx hvis du bestrider rigtigheden af dine persondata, eller du har gjort indsigelse mod den behandling af dine persondata, som er baseret på legitime interesser i medfør af Databeskyttelseslovens art. 6, stk. 1, litra f. OrbisCure vil i så fald alene opbevare dine persondata, indtil din indsigelse er behandlet. Såfremt OrbisCure hæver begrænsningen af OrbisCures behandling af dine persondata, vil du forinden blive orienteret om dette.
Ret til dataportabilitet
Du har ret til i et struktureret, almindeligt anvendt og maskinlæsbart format at få de oplysninger, som du selv har afgivet overfor OrbisCure overført, hvor behandlingen er baseret på en aftale i medfør af Databeskyttelsesforordningen art. 6, stk. 1, litra b eller dit samtykke, jf. Databeskyttelsesforordningen art. 6, stk. 1, litra a.
Ret til at gøre indsigelse
Du har altid ret til af grunde, der vedrører din særlige situation at gøre indsigelse mod OrbisCures behandling af dine persondata, hvis behandlingen er baseret på legitime interesser i medfør af Databeskyttelseslovens art. 6, stk. 1, litra f.
Hvis du gør indsigelse mod behandlingen, er OrbisCure ikke længere berettiget til at behandle dine persondata, medmindre OrbisCure kan påvise vægtige legitime grunde til fortsat behandling, der går forud for dine interesser, rettigheder og friheder, eller behandlingen er nødvendig for, at et retskrav kan fastlægges, gøres gældende eller forsvares.
Du har tillige altid ret til at gøre indsigelse mod behandling af dine persondata, hvis behandlingen sker med henblik på direkte markedsføring. Hvis du gør indsigelse mod en sådan behandling, må OrbisCure ikke længere behandle dine persondata til dette formål.
Ret til at klage
Hvis du har spørgsmål vedrørende behandlingen af dine persondata, udnyttelsen af dine rettigheder eller ønsker at klage over OrbisCures behandling af dine persondata, er du velkommen til at kontakte OrbisCure ved brug af kontaktoplysningerne i pkt. 2. Du kan også indgive en klage til det danske Datatilsyn, Borgergade 28, 5., 1300 København K, e-mail: dt@datatilsynet.dk, over OrbisCures behandling af dine persondata.
8. Sletning af persondata
Såfremt OrbisCure sletter dine persondata, slettes eller anonymiseres de persondata, som er registeret af OrbisCure om dig.
Af regnskabs- og skattemæssige hensyn lagrer OrbisCure visse personlige data i en periode på op til 5 år fra sletningen af dine persondata. Dine persondata anvendes i en sådan situation ikke til andre formål. Du kan til enhver tid anmode OrbisCure om at få slettet dine persondata.
9. Ændringer af Persondatapolitikken
OrbisCure opdaterer og ændrer løbende Persondatapolitikken, så den løbende er tilpasset lovgivningen og den teknologiske udvikling. Såfremt OrbisCure foretager ændringer i Persondatapolitikken, vil du blive orienteret om dette ved din næstkommende brug af Tjenesten samt ved e-mail til den e-mailadresse, som du har oplyst overfor OrbisCure.

OrbisCures Persondatapolitik finder anvendelse fra maj 2018 og er senest opdateret i maj 2025.

OrbisCure benytter cookies til at indsamle anonym brugerinformation og statistik om besøgende på orbiscure.dk
”Cookies” er en lille datafil, som gemmes på din computer, mobil el. tilsvarende med det formål at genkende brugeren, huske indstillinger, udføre statistik og evt. målrette annoncer. Cookies er nødvendige for at få hjemmesiden til at fungere. Cookies kan ikke indeholde skadelig kode som f.eks. virus. HjælpTilPårøende.dk benytter widgets fra sociale tjenester som Facebook og LinkedIn til at gøre deling og anbefaling af indhold muligt. Disse widgets vil i flere tilfælde også sætte egne cookies.

OrbisCure ApS offers stress counseling to employees through videos, blog posts, and stress assessments. OrbisCure counseling will hereinafter be referred to as "The Service." You can read more about OrbisCure’s Services on the website www.orbiscure.dk.
When you use OrbisCure's Service, OrbisCure collects information about you as an individual. In this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "the Privacy Policy") for the use of the Service, you can read about the information we collect, the rights you have, how we process the data, and how you can contact us if you have questions about our data processing.
All personal data processed by OrbisCure is protected by the General Data Protection Regulation (European Parliament and Council Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, concerning the protection of individuals in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data) and the associated Danish Data Protection Act (Act on supplementary provisions to the Regulation on the protection of individuals in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data).

4. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
OrbisCure only collects the personal data necessary for providing the best possible service to you, and we only use your personal data for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
As a general rule, you can access our website without telling us who you are or providing personal information about yourself. However, we do register your IP address for targeted marketing and product development based on geolocation when you visit our website. This is done in accordance with Article 6, Section 1, Letter f of the General Data Protection Regulation.
4.1. OrbisCure Profile
When you create a profile with OrbisCure, you must enter your first name, email address, mobile phone number, and a password.
OrbisCure processes this personal data about you to identify you as a user, including for the purpose of contacting you. OrbisCure's processing of this information is necessary for OrbisCure to provide its service to you. This processing is required for OrbisCure to fulfill its agreement with you. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6, Section 1, Letter b of the General Data Protection Regulation.
4.2. Newsletters
To send you newsletters, we use your email address and your name. The legal basis for this is Article 6, Section 1, Letter a of the General Data Protection Regulation.
4.3. Blog Posts, Articles, Diaries, and Similar
To send you blog posts, articles, diaries, and similar written by us and other related parties, we use your first name and email address.
This processing is necessary for OrbisCure to fulfill its agreement with you. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6, Section 1, Letter b of the General Data Protection Regulation.
4.4. Surveys
With your consent, OrbisCure uses your email address to send surveys to you.
We also collect the responses you provide to OrbisCure in connection with your completion of surveys.
We use your responses to improve and develop our Service. The processing of the personal data mentioned above is done in accordance with Article 6, Section 1, Letter a of the General Data Protection Regulation.
The personal data you provide when completing the surveys we post on Facebook is processed in accordance with the above.
4.5. Video Lessons
To send you video lessons, we collect your email address and name. This processing is necessary for OrbisCure to fulfill its agreement with you. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6, Section 1, Letter b of the General Data Protection Regulation.
4.6. Sessions with a Psychologist
4.6.1. Booking Psychologist Sessions
OrbisCure’s app is designed to make it easy for our customers' employees to book online sessions with a psychologist.
When the employee books psychologist sessions through the app, our psychologist receives a calendar invitation containing the email the employee entered when booking the session. The psychologist then creates a meeting via Teams and sends a link to the meeting to the employee.
In this regard, we process personal data in the form of an email address to manage and offer this service.
In some cases, OrbisCure uses psychologists who are part of OrbisCure's network and operate as independent data controllers. In such cases, personal data, including the employee’s email address, will be shared with the respective psychologist to manage and offer the psychologist sessions. The sharing of data takes place in accordance with Article 6, Section 1, Letter b of the General Data Protection Regulation.
The legal basis for this processing is Article 6, Section 1, Letter b of the General Data Protection Regulation.
4.6.2. Recording Notes from the Session
During the employee’s session with the psychologist, the psychologist takes notes and maintains a journal.
The purpose of the journal is to support the psychologist’s memory and understanding of the issue in the case.
Additionally, according to the Danish Psychology Act and the Regulations on Recordkeeping, there is an obligation to maintain a journal when performing health-related tasks.
In this regard, we process ordinary and confidential personal data about the employee in the form of name, age, gender, job position, family status, marital status, and both work-related and personal causes of the employee’s high stress level. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6, Section 1, Letter b of the General Data Protection Regulation.
We also process sensitive health information about the employee, such as the employee being sick with stress and/or anxiety, for the purpose of maintaining a journal/record to document the counseling and conversation with the employee, or for the purpose of fulfilling a legal obligation to keep records, as per the Psychology Act.
If you book an authorized psychologist, the legal basis for this processing is Article 9, Section 2, Letter b of the General Data Protection Regulation, as the processing is necessary for us to comply with our obligations under the Psychology Act to maintain a journal.
If you book a non-authorized psychologist, we process your sensitive personal data based on your consent, as per Article 9, Section 2, Letter a of the General Data Protection Regulation.
4.6.3. Protection of Session Content
The content of each session, including what is discussed between the employee and the psychologist, is strictly confidential. This content can only be accessed by the specific psychologist the employee has spoken to, and it will never be shared with the employee's employer or third parties.
4.6.4. Number of Booked Sessions
When an employee books an online session, we collect and store information about the number of booked sessions. This information is shared with the employee's employer. It is important to note that we only register the number of bookings. This means that neither OrbisCure nor the employer will have insight into who specifically booked a session, only the total number of employees who have used the service.
4.6.5. Local Storage and Encryption
Notes or records from the sessions are stored locally on the psychologist's computer. To ensure the highest degree of confidentiality and data security, an end-to-end encryption program is used. This program ensures that the data is encrypted using AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) with Galois/Counter Mode, guaranteeing that only the psychologist has access to the encrypted notes, which are protected against unauthorized access.
4.7. Communication
If you choose to contact us via email, we collect your name, address, phone number, email address, and any other personal information you provide in your email. However, we recommend that you do not provide sensitive personal data in the email, but instead contact us through other means, such as by phone or in person, if the matter involves sensitive information and urgent assistance. The collection of these personal data is for providing you with the best and most appropriate help, advice, and support in your case. Additionally, the purpose of collecting this personal data is to perform analyses for improving our counseling and create statistics for OrbisCure’s operations. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6, Section 1, Letter b of the General Data Protection Regulation.
4.8. Technical Information
When using OrbisCure's Service, OrbisCure also registers certain technical information in connection with your access to the Service. This includes information about the internet browser you use, your IP address, screen size, hardware type, and device information. This information can be linked to your OrbisCure profile. It allows OrbisCure to optimize the display of OrbisCure’s Service for the device you are using, as well as to track any potential misuse. The collection of this personal data is necessary for you to use OrbisCure's Service and is done in accordance with Article 6, Section 1, Letter b of the General Data Protection Regulation.
4.9. Other Information
OrbisCure also records whether you have accepted our Terms and Conditions, and in certain cases, we record your behavior on the Service and how you use it. OrbisCure uses cookies to collect these data. The collection of these personal data is aimed at managing your connection to and use of OrbisCure’s Service, as well as targeting marketing materials, including the ability to compose and send tailored offer packages based on your interests, to provide the services/products you want. This is done based on Article 6, Section 1, Letter b of the General Data Protection Regulation. Regarding the collection of personal data for targeted marketing, this is done based on Article 6, Section 1, Letter a.
The information registered by OrbisCure about you can only be seen by selected OrbisCure employees.
5. Use of Data Processors
OrbisCure uses external companies to carry out the technical operation of the website and other related assistance, such as supporting our suppliers with survey processing and performing statistical, marketing-related, or operational tasks, including measuring and analyzing our users' composition and other factors. These companies operate under our instructions and process data for which we are the data controller. Data processors may not use the data for any purpose other than fulfilling the agreement with us.
Some of these data processors may be located in other countries, including the USA, where authorities and courts may, under local law, have access to the information under certain circumstances. However, we only share your personal data with third parties if the recipient has implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures to prevent the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, or deterioration of the personal data and to protect it from unauthorized access or misuse, or if you have given prior consent to the transfer of your personal data. Transfer of personal data to the USA occurs only via data processors certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

OrbisCure does not disclose personal data beyond what is described in this Privacy Policy.
7. Your Rights
As a registered user of OrbisCure, you have several rights under applicable data protection law, as outlined in Section 2 above. OrbisCure describes your rights below in cases where OrbisCure processes personal data about you.
You may submit a request to exercise one of your rights using the contact information provided in Section 2. When submitting your request, you must provide your full name and email address.
Once OrbisCure receives your request, we will check whether we can identify you as a user, confirm that it is you who has made the request, and whether the conditions for the right are met. If so, OrbisCure will ensure that the right is fulfilled.
As a general rule, you can exercise your rights at any time free of charge. However, if you request additional copies of information, OrbisCure may charge a fee. For requests that are clearly unfounded or excessive, we may either charge a fee for providing information or refuse to comply with the request. The exercise of your rights must not violate the rights and freedoms of others, and OrbisCure may therefore refuse to fully or partially fulfill your rights if it would affect others' rights.
Access and Correction of Personal Data
As a registered user of OrbisCure, you always have the right to access the personal data registered about you. You may, by submitting a written request to OrbisCure, be informed of which personal data OrbisCure, as the data controller, processes about you, the purpose of the processing, who receives the data, and other relevant information.
If you discover that the personal data you have entered into your OrbisCure profile is incorrect or misleading, you should contact OrbisCure, and OrbisCure will correct the data.
Right to Deletion
You have the right to have your personal data deleted without undue delay if OrbisCure no longer has a purpose for processing your personal data, or if you object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing or based on Article 6, Section 1, Letter f of the Data Protection Act. If OrbisCure can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for continued processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or if the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, OrbisCure is not obligated to delete your personal data.
Right to Restriction of Processing
You have the right to obtain a restriction on OrbisCure's processing of your personal data, e.g., if you dispute the accuracy of your personal data or have objected to the processing based on legitimate interests under Article 6, Section 1, Letter f of the Data Protection Act. In this case, OrbisCure will only store your personal data until your objection is resolved. If OrbisCure lifts the restriction on processing, you will be informed in advance.
Right to Data Portability
You have the right to receive the data you have provided to OrbisCure in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, where the processing is based on a contract under Article 6, Section 1, Letter b, or your consent under Article 6, Section 1, Letter a of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Right to Object
You always have the right to object to OrbisCure's processing of your personal data based on legitimate interests under Article 6, Section 1, Letter f, if it relates to your particular situation.
If you object to the processing, OrbisCure will no longer be entitled to process your personal data unless OrbisCure can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for continuing the processing that outweigh your interests, rights, and freedoms, or if the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
You also always have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. If you object to such processing, OrbisCure must cease processing your personal data for this purpose.

8. Deletion of Personal Data
If OrbisCure deletes your personal data, the personal data registered by OrbisCure about you will be deleted or anonymized.
For accounting and tax purposes, OrbisCure stores certain personal data for a period of up to 5 years from the deletion of your personal data. In such cases, your personal data will not be used for other purposes. You may at any time request OrbisCure to delete your personal data.
9. Changes to the Privacy Policy
OrbisCure regularly updates and changes the Privacy Policy to ensure it is in compliance with the law and technological developments. If OrbisCure makes changes to the Privacy Policy, you will be informed about this upon your next use of the Service, as well as by email to the email address you have provided to OrbisCure.
